Selected for the Permanent Collection of the V&A

We are proud to announce that the HIROSHIMA armchair and the T&O T1 chair were certified as part of V&A Museum’s permanent collection.
The Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) in London was founded in 1852 and is one of the world’s leading museums of decorative arts and design, both in terms of quality and the size of its collections. The Toshiba Gallery of Japanese Art, which opened in 1986, features not only historical Japanese objects, but also electronics, photographs and fashion items that reflect recent trends in modern art and design. Two chairs from the MARUNI COLLECTION have recently been put on display in the Toshiba Gallery as examples of Japan’s outstanding craftsmanship and uniquely delicate sensibilities.
